CONTRACT FOR SERVICES - WEDDINGS AND PRIVATE PARTIES

          for the sum and other valuable consideration, this contract is entered into

               Client shall tender as a deposit 25% of the COMPENSATION upon completion of
          contract. Please remit deposit to address below.  Should Client cancel engagement within
          two weeks of said engagement, the deposit WILL NOT be refunded. Client shall remit
          remainder of contract at the conclusion of said ENGAGEMENT.

                This contract constitutes the entire agreement between Client and Tom Lagana with
          respect to the matters set forth herein.

               NOW THEREFORE, on the date first above set forth and in consideration of the
          forgoing, the parties hereto have affixed their names below, and have executed this
          contract in duplicate,  to evidence their agreement to the above terms and conditions.
